Doris W. Jones Family Resource Building
“Some of us feel that feeding a person and teaching him how to fish are important. But access to the stream is the real empowerment.”

This award winning 32,000 square foot facility has become a beacon of hope and empowerment for the entire Niagara Falls community offering a wide array of educational, cultural, recreational and social programs and services designed to improve self-sufficiency and quality of life.

The Family Resource Building is also home to the NFHA SUNY ATTAIN Lab and the Kid’s Café’.

The Family Resource Building is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm (Hours may vary depending on events).

Packard Court Community Center
“We rise by lifting others”

The Niagara Falls Housing Authority is responsive to the needs of our constituents, for our residents are a vital and collaborative partner in implementing our goals and objectives.

As we began construction of this facility, we were not only laying a physical foundation but a foundation of hope and empowerment. The Packard Court Community Center is a state-of-the-art facility completed in April 2001. Designed to address the needs of individuals and families, this facility boasts several mentoring opportunities for children, youth and adults.

The Packard Court Community Center is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Hours may vary depending on events).
