Wendel Construction Drawings dated 09/10/2025 define Work Scope

Brief synopsis:

File for Niagara Falls Building Permit

Verify/locate all underground utilities

Install construction site fencing

Coordinate light pole underground wiring and new pole locations with Electrical Contractor.

Excavate site

Remove from site all construction debris and dispose of properly

Connect new catch basin to existing storm pipe

Prepare soil base for new asphalt paving.

Install asphalt paving

Paint Striping

Restore all disturbed areas
