This is skilled maintenance and repair work involving the maintenance and repair of Housing Authority buildings, grounds and equipment. General supervision is received from the Foreman with some leeway allowed for making independent decisions on procedures to be followed in the completion of a variety of tasks. Supervision may be exercised over the work of maintenance men and other workers as assigned.
